If your machine is completely down and affecting business productivity, we prioritize that call and typically have a technician on-site within 4 to 5 hours. For non-urgent issues. like a maintenance code that is not blocking output. scheduling is usually within a day or two. LA traffic is a real factor: a call placed at 2 p.m. will more likely be scheduled for the following morning than the same afternoon. If your situation is urgent, tell us that when you call and we will work around it.

How do you decide whether to repair or replace a machine?
We weigh the cost of the repair against the remaining useful life of the machine and what a comparable replacement would run. If a printhead replacement plus two service visits would approach the price of a new unit, we will say so and point you toward a specific model that fits your usage. If a part is no longer manufactured or available through professional supply channels. as is the case with some older Xerox WorkCentre models. we will tell you that plainly rather than string you along. The goal is to keep you from spending money on a machine that is not worth saving.
Do you offer copier and printer leasing or rental?
Yes. DataPrint Solutions offers leasing, rental, and outright sales for copiers and printers. Rentals do not require long-term contracts. We have deployed rental units to clients whose machines broke down unexpectedly and had them operational the same day. Leased and rented equipment is backed by ongoing service support. if something goes wrong with a machine we placed, we respond to that call the same way we respond to any other repair call.
Do you sell ink cartridges or printer supplies?
DataPrint Solutions is not a supply retailer. We focus on repair, service, leasing, and sales of commercial-grade copiers and printers. For everyday ink cartridges and toner, we recommend checking Staples, Home Depot, or purchasing through an online retailer. If you are going through toner unusually fast or getting poor print quality despite fresh supplies, that is often a sign of an underlying equipment issue. and that is where we can help.
Can you service older or discontinued copier models?
It depends on parts availability. For some older machines, we can still source aftermarket components and keep them running. For others. particularly models where the manufacturer has stopped supplying parts and toner, like certain older Xerox WorkCentre units. the honest answer is that repair is not a viable path. In those cases, we will tell you what we know, help you run the machine until it is no longer practical, and recommend a rental or replacement that fits your workflow and volume.

Yes.
